Leggings in summer? YES PLEASE!!!

If you are one of those who, like me, loves her leggings and is not willing to give them up even in summer, surely you are already thinking about how to continue wearing them without dying trying.

Because on really hot days, the last thing you want is the feeling of your pants sticking to you from the heat. This would not only be uncomfortable, but also your clothes could smell bad and even affect your skin due to sweat. And of course we don't want any of this.

So can we wear our leggings in the summer anyway?

The answer is: OF COURSE! and there are many reasons why we want to continue wearing our leggings in summer. Personally, for example, I don't like to use the gym machines and feel that every time I get up my legs stick to the synthetic seats and not to mention this same feeling but on the yoga mat.

It should also be noted that, even if it is summer, in many places there will always be cool mornings and nights and our beloved leggings will always remain the safe bet. You will only need to combine them with the correct garments to be able to dress them comfortably.

Here we share what you should keep in mind to continue using your leggings during the summer:

  1. Make sure you are wearing the correct leggings for this time of year. Save thick black leggings with which you go for a run in December.
  2. Choose breathable leggings, this will prevent you from cooking alive inside them.
  3. Avoid printed leggings, with large plastic letters. They might look cool, but that extra layer will make them that much hotter.
  4. Choose light colored leggings.
  5. The high-waisted leggings will allow you to combine them only with a top, helping you to keep your self-confidence intact.
